    I ordered the assorted option. Why did I not receive all the colors?

    Assortment is based on availability and may not include all colors. We try to fill each assorted order with all colors. However, in the event of one or more colors being out of stock, we still want to get your order to you on time. We will fulfill your order as long as we have three or more colors available. Otherwise, we will reach out to offer alternatives.

    Where does my order ship from?

    Orders ship from various locations depending on the product and availability.

    What is a setup charge?

    Each time you order from us, we prepare your products by hand so our machines print your logo or text perfectly. This charge covers that personal setup.

    What’s the difference between the setup fee and logo fee?

    The setup fee covers a member of our production team setting up your products for custom printing, including monitoring processes and machines to ensure your messaging is printed perfectly. When you add a logo, the logo charge covers one of our artwork experts reviewing and arranging it for the best display results.

    Is the artwork preview accurate?

    We strive to design your products exactly how you’ve customized them. To ensure that your artwork preview is accurate and that your text is produced properly, please type directly into the text fields provided. Note that pasting copy could result in errors. If we need to modify your logo to better fit the imprint area or product, we’ll be sure to contact you for approval.
